Never Use AAFES Optical
« on: July 16, 2006, 02:33:31 PM »
When I was in AIT I purchased a pair of glasses. When the non reflective coating came off I tried to return them for a new pair. It took me over a year of unanswered phone calls and clueless employees before I finally spoke to the president of the optical division and recieved a replecament pair. By that time my prescription changed and the glasses were useless to me. Over 200 dollars down the drain. My advice is to always use a civilian establishment like Lenscrafters.
