How AAFES hide the fact of wrongdoing, and make out as if they have been helping/assisting me. In the end, because of complaining to the AAFES IG, it is worth saying to blow a whistle on this company, you will find yourself out of a job in the future.
In paper and in the bulletin board, the company shows support for employees in reporting wrong doing. In real life, you will be a target for a trouble maker. I for example, experienced it first hand. Out of job, only 4 weeks pay for severance no matter how long you been working for AAFES and you will be worst off for reporting wrong doing of managers.
I see here, people say go to the IG hotline, "WARNING" be prepared to be out of a job in the future.
I used to believe the writing in the bulletin board.... since I believed it, it cost me my job...
You do not know what is put in your record when you are terminated because it could be different what you are handed in your letter.
