When I ask a manager why they don't have this or that, and if they can get it... As told to do so by the AFN commercials "Don't see what your looking for? Ask a manager to order it"... and I am constantly told we just get what they send us. So, if I am to understand correctly, managers can't order things, make suggestions to corporate about what the customers want, or take any initiative on their own; at least they don't know they can, right?
