I'd be willing to bet that Quit is just a normal department supervisor rather than a store manager. I'd be willing to bet a whole shiny euro piece that he's a dependent taking college courses until the 21 or 22 age limit where he HAS to go back to the states. The only reason he has been able to answer some of the questions he has is that he has access to a Telezon.

For the record I wasn't in on the negotiations to put AAFES on Kwajalein. I just did alot of the numbers to prepare the bid. And I also did see first hand that the proposal called for 20 years rather than the 5-7 as has been standard there for quite some time.
