Will the Stimulus Bill help and what will AAFES do to help the economy?

AAFES has the power to reduce prices for it's service members. Will they lower them enough to jump start a sales increase even if it means that upper management might have to take cuts in their Bonuses? They receive nice bonuses for watching the bottom line. That is one reason why AAFES slaves...Oops, I mean employees get paid the wages that they do. Just thought maybe people should start asking. Better yet, since AAFES is authorized by congress, can we publish how much the AAFES higher ups receive for bonuses and salary in the Stars and Stripes? That would be great to know. Anyone else want to know?

NO, you cannot post people's pay information. You can post their grades and salary ranges, along with the bonus percentage expected. However, there is no firm word on this year yet...

You have to have access to the AAFES Intranet. The links are right in plain sight.

There are charts for volume/grade matching for the managers and a spreadsheet that comes out twice a year showing the minimum/maximum rates for bands 3-5. The special EMP rates (for the invisible band "six"-executive management at the HQ levels) are guarded closer than the formulas at Coca Cola and KFC.
