  Now tell me why do aafes put people in work places that is lazy and can't do there work. You have to do things some time you do not like.I think If you cant do what everyone can do you do not need to be boss at any store.

::)What a f***in idiot, her parents should've had an abortion... anyways... since this one is about laziness, I need to know, if the folks at the BX that deliver your washer n dryer are suppose to help you install these things (I've never done such a thing before, but I got it to work after a while). I thought it'd be best for me to find this out before I go ranting about how they were so quick to roll out after I signed the paperwork.

When we bought a washer and dryer years ago from AAFES they installed them before leaving. I do not know if it is expected of them or if we just had two decent and kind employees.

...Nah, it's cool. I mean, I can understand if that's NOT what they're supposed to do as to avoid liability for something exploding, or whatever. I just think they don't consider that there are people that have never installed their own washer n dryer before... but then again... that's what instructions are for...

I am not sure about that. I do know that items like washers and dryers are delivered by a 3rd party here and not by AAFES itself. Whether or not the folks that perform the delivery service help install the items and take away the old ones is not something I know.

Nope... actually, I just learned recently that the guy that sent my washer was the store manager himself. Having said that, I'm sure at least 50 of you are gonna chime in wither not believing it, or giving me some policy on which employees are allowed to do what, or whatever. I'm just telling you what I've found out through word of mouth, so not even I believe it 100%.

Are you overseas? Stateside, the employees are not allowed in any way to touch anything like that. They may do so, but depending on the manager, they do so at their own peril.

I am definitely stateside... as stateside as anyone could possibly get. Again, I don't know of their policies, nor am I entirely convinced that the guy was, in fact, the store manager... I only found this info by word of mouth.
