Pay attention to what angryonaafes has to say. judging by the concise direction of his advise and the belittling remarks towards you and your significant others maturity. he sounds like he knows how to handle a sexual harassment complaint, first hand, when one is filed against you. also, aafes hires a lot of ex-military and the military has "a lot" of issues with sexual harassment/shovanism, racism, bigotry,etc......(a lot of it spawning from immature leadership) so a military instillation is probably not a great environment for her to be working. i know it's B.S. and although you can follow the "proper" procedure for this type of situation. the "proper" procedure is to designed to protect the infrastructure of the organization(preventing chaos) more so than to protect employees. if you want the system to identify a problem you'll have to wake them up by starting a fire underneath them. But!!! by far the best thing your girlfriend can do is stand up for herself and tell someone immediately outside the management or she will continue to have problems like this in the future
