What gives?!
I spend 8 months chewing on the ass of an AAFES manager to finally get my new floormate. It's a brand new model- completely different from the one I had before. Hoover, in hoover style, sells special floor stuff to work with the floormate- as they did before. AAFES didn't order it- and still hasn't. They don't stock the old stuff either, for the people who's older model cleaners didn't die from kid poisoning.
I am so happy to have my machine. I truly am- and when I got that incredibly belated call from my local exchange that told me that he finally figured out why they didn't have them in stock, and was trying to correct the problem, I was excited. They called 8 weeks later and let me know they had one with my name on it. How exciting... do you have the stuff to go with it?
