AAFES and Liz Claiborne Coordinate to Offer New Private Label Clothing

The Army & Air Force Exchange Service (AAFES) has partnered with Liz Claiborne to offer the new Liz Exclusives misses’ casual wear clothing line to deliver fashionably affordable private label apparel to military families.

Offered only in AAFES BX/PXs, Liz Exclusives arrived at 120 main stores August 15, 2005. Initial groupings offered by Liz Exclusives include stripe envelope neck tops and floral printed mesh tops for $29 and pieced dyed denim pants for $39.

Liz Exclusives is the latest addition to prestige labels that AAFES offers, including Tommy Hilfiger, Polo, Casual Corner, DKNY and Evan Picone.

Due to the success of the first Liz Exclusives groupings sent to stores, another shipment is being sent to arrive in September. The second shipment of clothing includes solid boat neck tops for $25 and V-neck tops for $29.

 I think this is a horribly cheap way to advertise AAFES merchandise on a private site.  Hard up for sales AAFES? Did you REALLY believe you could increse sales by shamelessly putting in a plug for Private Label Clothing in a site such as this?   How about offering a wider selction and better prices instead to increase sales.  Look at the Patch PX in Stuttgart...pitiful.  Most of the folks travel to Wuerzburg or Kaiserslautern to find something other than scraps and leftovers that won't sell elsewhere.  Clearance sales?  The rags that can't sell are marked down and down until they have to be thrown away.  Not good for sales and not good for the MWR contributions.  Please advertise elsewhere...

Last warning just went out.
It is mostly my own fault, as I have been away a lot with Halloween-
Of course, I had to make costumes this year- AAFES selection SUCKED.
I am addressing the problem.

AAFESAINTSOBAD was banned some time ago... He just keeps popping up now with new account names.  I think instead of deleting the new ones like I have been doing I will just get creative and make some "minor" changes to his posts.  Perhaps that will stop him.
